Hartford VT Day Care Worker Arrested for Child Cruelty

A Hartford VT Day Care worker was arrested on Monday on charges of Cruelty to Children.  Police say they received a report on April 7, of child endangerment involving a 4 month old infant that allegedly occurred at a day care facility in town.
