Tunbridge VT Woman Arrested for Emma Jozefiak Attempted Murder

A Tunbridge woman was arrested on Wednesday for the attempted murder of a South Royalton woman in Nov of 2011. Police say they charged Emily Perkins 27, with the attempted murder of Emma Jozefiak 19, and also conspiracy/sale of regulated drugs and burglary. The arrest comes after an extensive investigation, after Jozeiak was found unresponsive and injured from a gunshot wound to the head during a welfare check On November 11, 2011. Police also found Scott Hill 48 of Bethel dead from a gunshot wound found at that time.
Detectives from Vermont State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation continue the investigation in this incident and cannot overemphasize the importance of individuals coming forward with information.
