Etna Man Arrested For Threats on Facebook Page

Hanover Police arrested an Etna man Wed. afternoon after he made comments on his Facebook page threatening to harm officers of the Hanover Police Department and their children. Police say a concerned citizen reported David Barr for the Facebook posts that also made reference to violence connected to school. Barr was arrested at his workplace in Hanover, NH after police questioned him about the posts. Barr was booked and his bail was set at $30,000.00 cash with several conditions. It is anticipated that Mr. Barr will appear in the NH 2nd Circuit Court in Lebanon, NH on Thursday, January 30th, 2014.
