Hartland VT Man Pleads Guilty to Taking Robert Frost Items

frostA Hartland VT man pled guilty to stealing cards and letters written by poet Robert Frost. Tim Bernaby 44 found the items in a desk that was donated to the Listen Center in White River Junction where he worked. Bernaby sold the items for over $25,000 but pled guilty to a misdemeanor charge of unlawful taking personal property in a deal with prosecutors. The charge carries a $100.00 fine.
