A traffic stop on I-91 in Hartland led Vermont State Police to seize 1015 bags of heroin from a Brattleboro’s woman’s car. Police say they stopped Chrysta Marini 24 of Brattleboro for a lane violation on Monday and then arrested passenger Tyrone Cromer for giving the officer a false name. During the stop police noticed evidence of illegal drugs and seized the car. A search warrant issued on Wednesday allowed police to inside the vehicle to find the $30,000 worth of heroin. All occupants of the car are being charged with trafficking heroin and marijuana possession.
