No Johnson Controls Contract

The latest financing option for the $7 million Johnson Controls energy savings contract has fallen through, leaving the district scrambling for more options.
David Putnam, chairman of the Stevens High School Renovation Committee, told committee members on Wednesday that the Washington D.C. based firm, Sustainable Energy, would not be able to finance the project over concerns about the 20-year length of the project. This story from the Eagle Times.
