Jason Brooks, age 32, of Walpole, NH for possession of heroin with the intent to distribute. Mr. Brooks was found to be in possession of 330 bags of heroin. He was also charged with possessing a small amount of marijuana and the controlled drug Suboxone. He was held on $25,000 cash bail and transported to Grafton County House of Corrections pending his arraignment in Lebanon District Court on August 7, 2013. The heroin and Suboxone charges are both felony level offenses. The marijuana charge is a misdemeanor offense.

Travis Frenette, age 27, of Winooski, VT for possession of heroin and Conspiracy to Commit Controlled Drug Acts Prohibited. Mr. Frenette was found to be in possession of 7 bags of heroin and $6,390 in cash. He is being held on $10,000 cash bail and was transported to Grafton County House of Corrections pending his arraignment in Lebanon District Court on August 7, 2013. Both charges are felony level offenses.
Kyle Tetreault, age 23, of Vergennes, VT for possession of heroin. Mr.Tetreault was found to be in possession of 2 bags of heroin. He was released on $10,000 PR bail with a court date of September 9, 2013 at Lebanon District Court. Photos courtesy of Lebanon Police Department.
