City Manager Greg Lewis listens to Lebanon Residents concerns

Over 65 people attended Lebanon’s Community Conversation to discuss the recovery efforts of the July 1 and 2 flash flooding. Those in attendance gave a round of applause for the City’s Public Works Department, but expressed concerns about Slayton Hill Road which is now a one lane road and too narrow for two way traffic, residents suggested that those going up have the right away. Also damages done to driveways and land are not covered by insurance, and home owners are reluctant fix them, if the water and drainage problems are not addressed. Residents were presented with plans for the future and City Manager Greg Lewis assured residents the communications will continue. Lebanon is putting plans and information on their web site later today. Click Here
