Tom Burnham Claremont City Councilman gave his letter of resignation on Thursday, citing personal reasons. The move comes after Burnham left after a non-public session Wednesday night, pursuant to RSA 91-A;3-ll (a) Personal which was moved from its 9:40 pm time slot to the first item on the agenda. In attendance at the non-public session were Council members, City Manager Guy A. Santagate, City Solicitor Jane F. Taylor and Police Chief Alex Scott.
