Rains Lead to Flooding and Washed Out Roads


Heavy rains over the last week have led to severe flooding issues across the Twin States, with both Vermont and New Hampshire governors out on Independence Day weekend to survey the damage.
On Tuesday, torrential rains from a passing summer storm slammed large portions of the Upper Valley area, with Weathersfield and Windsor experiencing some of the worst damage in the region
