Lebanon has experienced five suspicious brush fires in the past two days.On Monday, firefighters extinguished a fire on a wood lot on Waterman Ave in West Lebanon involving an acre of woodland. On Tuesday, three separate fires occurred on the rail trail behind Renihan Meadows off Mascoma Street. The first fire was near the rear of the dumpsters and two additional one were approximately one quarter mile west of the rail trail. Effective immediately, due to the extremely dry conditions the Lebanon Fire Department has suspended all open burning until further notice.
