David Watters

A New Hampshire legislator wants NH to issue special bottles of liquor to pay tribute to the state’s Civil War heritage. Democratic Sen David Watters of Dover has introduced a bill that would order the State Liquor Commission to produce a Civil War commemorative bottle of liquor.
Watters told the Concord Monitor the bill would recognize the 150th anniversary of the war and raise money to preserve 88 battle flags from New Hampshire regiments that are displayed at the State House.
