Franklin Homeowner Arrested after Two Fires in One Day Destroys Home

Police arrested A Franklin man on the following Felonies, Arson, Associating with Convicted Felons, Insurance Fraud, and Reckless Conduct. Officials say that after an investigation of the two Nov. 15 fires at 309 Salisbury Franklin, police arrested homeowner Phillip Rudolph.
Rudolph was ordered to be held on $100,000.00 cash bail and is scheduled to appear in the 6th Circuit District Court of Franklin this morning at 8:15 am.
