Local Healthcare Providers on CDC List of Receiving Contaminated NECC Products

Local healthcare providers listed by the Center of Disease Control (CDC) as having received contaminated products from New England Compounding Center (NECC) are Alice Peck Day Hospital and Pain Care each in Lebanon, Jose Peraza MD-Claremont NH, Cheshire Medical Center-Keene, Concord Hospital- Concord, Eye Center of Concord-Concord, and Dr. O’Connell’s Pain Care Center Merrimack, and Pain Care Center-Merrimack.
These NH healthcare providers received NECC products injectable medications, opthamalic solutions used with eye surgery and cardioplegia solutions since May 21, 2012. These products may or may not have been administered to any patients. Each healthcare provider is identifying and notifying patients that received these products. For complete NH list click here.
