Fire Closes Lebanon School

A fire in the second floor boy’s bathroom at Lebanon High School on Tuesday afternoon gave students an early dismissal and no school today (Wednesday). Lebanon Fire Department arrived at the school to find the sprinkle system had extinguished the fire but there was water damage to the first and second floors. The water damaged ceiling tiles, carpeting, computers and other electronic devices in the school.
No injuries occurred, but the fire is currently under investigation by the Lebanon Fire Department, Fire Prevention Division and the Lebanon Police Department.
