Colby-Sawyer College Professor Earns NHCUC Award for Outstanding Teaching

An Assistant Professor at Colby Sawyer College received the Outstanding Teaching in Post-secondary Education Award from New Hampshire College and University Council (NHCUC) for his service as a professor, adviser and co-developer of academic programs. The Professor is Eric Boyer who joined Colby Sawyer College in 2008 and teachers classes in history, government and political studies.
“Professor Boyer is knowledgeable, articulate, funny, innovative and enthusiastic in the classroom, and his students benefit from his infectious enthusiasm,” the council stated in its award announcement.
In 2011, Boyer also received Colby-Sawyer highest faculty honor, the Jack Jensen Award for Excellence in Teaching.
