Two Local Companies Win Lean and Green Awards

Hypertherm of Lebanon and Energy Emporium of Enfield are two of five New Hampshire businesses chosen as leaders for using eco-friendly practices that are good for their bottom line, in Business NH Magazine’s fifth annual Lean and Green Awards competition. Awards were in five categories, Hypertherm won in the large company category, and Energy Emporium received an award for converting a 154-year-old historic house into a zero net energy. Other businesses receiving awards are, NH SPCA won in the small company category. Revolution Energy in Portsmouth won the Green Service award and Henry Whipple House in Bristol won the micro business category.
