A Concord man was arrested on numerous motor vehicle charges, resisting arrest, child endangerment, and drug charges early Friday evening. Concord Police attempted to stop the car driven by Lloyd Cooper 24, of Concord ran three stop signs and then hit a utility pole. Cooper left the car and took off on foot leaving three young children, ages 6, 4, and 1 in the car. The children were unharmed, but a large quality of marijuana was found inside the vehicle. Cooper’s bail was set at $8,000 cash bail.
