Timothy Currier and Green Home Energy Systems, LLC are prohibited from accepting deposits, retainers, or any form of advance payment for work announced NH Attorney General Delaney on Thursday.
Merrimack Superior Court granted to the state a preliminary injunction relief and petition for attachment after numerous complaints were lodged against Currier and his company.
According to the AG, Currier took significant deposits from consumers in exchange for the promise of roofing and/or other contacting work but he failed to perform the work or performed it in such a way as to require repairs. Other complaints allege Currier failed to show up for appointments, failed to return calls, and gave numerous excuses as to why he did not do the work. Currier also failed to refund deposits for work not done. .
