Jody and Ian Underwood along with Emily and Neil Smith invite you to join them on their self-sufficient farm Bardo this weekend May 25-28 to learn farming and self-sufficiency with workshops and some fun. The couples live off the grid with the help of a bio diesel generator and solar power, raise, and harvest their own food.
There is plenty of play to go along with the work, a laser light show on Saturday night, and a Beard Contest on Sunday evening, and children’s activities, live music, Israeli folk dancing and camping under the stars. To register for Bardo Farm Festival or for more information go to www.bardoproject.com. The event is free for Croydon residents.
